Yesterday we visited Tulum and Liz gave us a brief tour. The clouds opened up on us near our exit and we pretty much got drenched on the long walk back to the shops and parking lot. We left the ruins and headed towards town to have lunch at a Thai restaurant. Yes, Thai. It was pretty good. The best thing about the restaurant was the view of the beach. It was breathtaking. I think the beach here is the most beautiful beach in the Caribbean to which I’ve been.
